Attain Energy Star Certification for the Portfolio
Registered our buildings on the Energy Star Portfolio Manager web site; working to attain Energy Star certification through active management of our utility consumption.
Improve Equipment Operating Efficiency
Implemented a regional standardized equipment preventative maintenance program, improving equipment operating efficiency.
Reduce the Need for Tenants to Use Their Vehicles
Reduce the need for our tenants to commute into the city with their vehicles by increasing public transportation ridership and partnering with Zipcar.
All Buildings Recycling 50% of Solid Waste
Improve our solid waste management recycling by setting a 50% recycling goal for all our buildings. Encourage cooperation by communicating our monthly results to our tenants.
Increase Tenant Use of Alternative Transportation
Install additional bike racks, shower facilities and dedicated hybrid vehicle parking spaces in all of our public garages. We offer a traffic demand mitigation program at our Wellesley Office Park and Riverside Center.
Improve Energy Efficiency Through Roofing Modifications
Install heat island reduction roofing material as we replace our roofs.
Reduce Water Consumption
Partner with a water consumption specialist to reduce water and energy consumption in our buildings.
