About the Equity Office Properties Green Initiative

Equity Office is committed to adopting the United States Green Building Council guidelines for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design as it pertains to existing building operation and maintenance. Our primary goal is to maximize operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impact, regardless of whether LEED certification is ultimately achieved over our entire portfolio.

Pilot Buildings

We have selected four pilot buildings that will launch this initiative and will include all of the buildings in the Equity Office portfolio.
